Efficient, excellent staff, wonderful location really close to a bus stop as well as an excellent Restaurant within ten minutes walk👌

The place is clean, the staff is helpful, there's a delightful view of the town across the river, and the food options are appetizing - overall, it's a very nice stay without any complaints.

clean place with outstandingly accommodating staff and great view of the town. delicious breakfast and plenty of goodies. location close enough to walking restaurants, shops, and town center. situated only 1 km from san martin bridge. simply nothing too much trouble, really really nice stay.

I absolutely loved staying at this 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, with stunning views of the old city and just a short walk or taxi ride away. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even upgrading us to a room with a city view. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with a nice big bed that provided a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the convenience of having a bus stop right outside, making it easy to explore the town and then return to the hotel. the location, staff, and comfort of this hotel made for a fantastic stay.

The main selling point of the hotel is view (therefore make sure you get one of the rooms with a balcony and views as the other rooms are not so great). From the room & bath and balcony one has a very nice view of the city of Toledo, especially when it is dark and the city is lighted.

The hotel staff could try to speak a bit better english, as they spoke poorly and were also not so accomadation. The artwork in the rooms was also a bit disturbing and did not fit within the total feel of the hotel

There was no mention in the booking proccess that the bar and restaurant are not open on Monday nights and we were there on a Monday so were forced to go to town for dinner.

This hotel is conveniently located just outside of the old town, with the bus stop right next to it. It's a short walk to the Alcantara bridge, which gives easy access to the historical city. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with a shower and some even have a private terrace with a great view. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is delicious.

No negative aspects were mentioned, everything was ok.

Very good choice for those with a car as parking free onsite and can catch bus just outside door into centre old Toledo or a 15 minute walk via the beautiful Puente de San Martin. Worth the extra few Euros for the superior room with a large veranda looking across the gorge to the city at night - nice for a relaxing glass of wine after a long walk around the sights. If I was arriving by public transport I would consider staying in the old city itself but this hotel was easy to find driving in for us and was a good centre for our visit to Toledo.

There is no safety deposit box in the room - there is a box available at reception but it meant asking for a key and filling out a form etc although we were not charged it was a bit of hassle.

It was fairly clean and the staff were really helpful and extremely friendly, beds were nice.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - just a short walk from the city center and outside the old town, which was great for escaping the crowds. The staff were extremely friendly and the service was excellent, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a huge balcony and a shower that was refreshing after a long day of exploring. The breakfast provided was also delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money, attention to detail, and basic amenities.

hotel is standard,nothing extraordinary but nothing terrible either.The balcony we had looked out at the old city of toledo.

parking is external with a nasty flight of steps from the carpark to the lobby and not a bellboy in sight! Breakfast was not included in our rate and the hotel wanted to charge 25 euro per adult so we passed.

The view from the terrace was fantastic, and the hotel staff was attentive and friendly. It was easy to get to the old town via a 20-minute walk to the Alcantara bridge or by taking a bus or taxi even to a nearby restaurant which was 4 minutes away. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were top notch.

It was very convenient to travel around, as there was a bus stop right next to it that took me to the city center. For those who prefer taxis, it was also easy to get around. Additionally, it was within walking distance to the city center, making it convenient to explore the old city and the Alcantara bridge. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
